I’ve always loved fashion, but since having a baby my personal style had become t-shirts & leggings or shorts. But lately getting dressed up & going somewhere (with baby) has kept me from getting into a funk. There’s just something about putting on a cute outfit and a little makeup that makes me feel like I’ve got it all together 😆 Maybe I wouldn’t wear the high shoes to run an errand but everything else is a YES!

💫 We had been trying to get her to drink from a straw or sippy for awhile and she was having a hard time. I saw this trick and she literally learned it in a day! Need to try the sippy next and see how she does.

💫 Ok first off, if you don’t have this waffle maker → comment WAFFLE because you need it and I’m sending you the link. 😃 It’s usually only about $10 & it’s sooo good for making waffles (and other things) for the littles

These waffles were so easy to make and tasted so yummy. You can also use the same ingredients and make pancakes if you prefer. I personally used GF instant whole grain rolled oats, but you don’t have to do GF. I left mine in the waffle maker about a minute after it was “ready.”

This made 5 mini waffles. 2 for baby and 3 for meeeee! Took me less than 15 minutes from start to finish.

1 ripe banana
2 eggs
1/2 cup oats

We’ve been super blessed that, for the most part

We’ve been super blessed that, for the most part, Elora is a great sleeper. But oh boy, ever since she learned to stand, her crib has turned into her own personal jungle gym for her.

I’ve always followed her sleepy cues for naps so she typically will be out in minutes and I don’t need to wait in the room with her. But now, she gets her second wind in the crib and wants me to stay and watch her “play” in there. It can take her 30 minutes to finally wind back down for her nap 🤯 I’m stuck between hoping she’ll get over this quickly and enjoying how cute she is in this moment.

I saw a post that recommended giving your baby a few puffs while she waits but that only bought me about 5 seconds 😂 The celery worked much better and I have more time to get her meal ready. She especially likes this now that she’s teething bc it feels nice on her gums but I’ve given her celery since before she was teething too.
